Everyone is welcome to a fun and accessible, COVID – proof interactive workshop that introduces the free, online game-making tool, Bitsy.

Bitsy is an accessible tool that enables you to make small pixel-art adventure/narrative games in a short amount of time, with no coding knowledge required. We will take a look at the history of tiny games and the community around them today, go through an introduction to using Bitsy, and then have time to begin making a Bitsy game of your own.
No prior experience or knowledge necessary.

Our unique and accessible games, interventions and installations span across digital, physical and cultural spaces.

InGAME: Innovation for Games and Media Enterprise is an £11.5 million pound R&D Centre based in the heart of the Dundee videogames cluster.

Led by Abertay University, in partnership with the University of Dundee, the University of St Andrews and local and international industry partners, InGAME will deliver innovative research and offer R&D support and services to games companies in the city and beyond. InGAME is part of the Creative Industries Cluster Programme, funded by the Arts & Humanities Research Council and part of the Industrial Strategy. We also receive significant funding from the Scottish Funding Council.
